The TRAVICAR Rotary Atomizer has a stainless steel baffle and a perforated stainless steel screen. The equipment is mounted with bearings that support up to 3 times more rotation than usual, thus prolonging the life of the equipment.
The screen in perforated stainless steel guarantees the perfect balance of the assembly, since it is rigid, in this way being less affected by the rotation and friction. The screen has a smooth wall to make it difficult to get dirt stuck. The aluminum support with special damping and vibration absorption system. In particular it is the anti-drip system, being regulated by spring properly calibrated that guarantees uniform opening and closing, eliminating drips during the baloon.
